Payment and Shipping
Prices are shown in US Dollar. I accept payment through direct bank transfer to my HSBC (Hong Kong) account. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. In it, you will find the banking info to make your payment.
For international orders (outside Hong Kong) I ship Registered Air Mail Post for the most economical option, which usually would take around 5 - 18 days to deliver, depending on your location. However, should you need your FHUNG artistmade a.s.a.p., just select the EMS (Global Express Mail) Shipping Option to receive your order in around 3 - 7 days, depending on your location. You will be charged accordingly.

Returns Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations once the items are ready to ship. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damage or defective.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition - complete with the pouch it came in, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Jewellery Care Instructions
Each FHUNG artistmade copper jewellery is especially coated to keep the oxidation effect and to protect it against the elements and minor scratches. However, as true for most jewellery, treat them with the care they deserve.
To keep their precious look, clean them after each use by gently wiping them with soft damp cloth and pat dry. Store them back in their pouch, away from damp environment.

Please be aware that copper is a conducive metal. Avoid placing or wearing them in very hot environment as they will get hot as well.

Custom Made to Order
If you would like something similar to any sold items, just contact me. Whenever possible, I will be happy to create them for you. Keep in mind that the results will not be exactly the same as each piece is created entirely by hand from scratch. Depending on my schedule and the availability of materials needed, it might take up to three weeks to create them. In any case, I will inform you in advance.
